Athlete Registration
Yes! You must purchase a WFF UK membership before registering for a show. If you have registered for a show already or are looking to register please visit the WFF UK Membership page to purchase your membership.
Please see the Class Criteria page. We recommend reading through the criteria for each class and seeing which you personally feel best suits your style and desired goals. We have an experienced team of Judges, coaches and athletes on the WFF UK Board and we will be happy to assist were possible.
Yes, We keep extensive accurate records of all athletes that have registered and will be able to search for your membership on our system.
We recommend checking your junk or spam folders first. All confirmation emails will be sent from info@wff-uk.com please add this email to your list of safe emails.
No. You must pre-register for one of our shows via the website. Register cut off is a 1 week before any show date.
Please contact us via email info@wff-uk.com to make the correction. Please note that changes can only be made while registration is still open and can’t be made on show day.
You may be able to roll your show registration over but we do not offer refunds. Please see our refund policy here.
Feedback can only be requested via email. Please ensure you provide your full name, class and competitor number.
Backstage Services
All show day photography and videography packages are available to purchase via our official photographer, Matt Thomas Photography. To order any stage media packages visit the link here.
Tanning and make-up appointments are sent out 1 week before the show. Please check your junk mail or spam folder for your appointment time.
Generally speaking, No. Tanning and make-up time are set based on your position in the shows running order and are both coordinated to ensure no overlap.
There are no guarantees that you will still be able to be seen. Shows are very busy, and the teams run to a specific schedule, any late arrivals can cause significant delays for the whole schedule.
Backstage passes are available for coaches and can be purchased via the website here.
Spectator Tickets
No refunds. No exchanges. If an Event is cancelled by the Event Organiser (i.e. a cancellation due to circumstances beyond the Event Organiser’s control), TicketSource will refund the purchase price of your tickets and any booking fees. If an Event is moved from its advertised venue and / or the date is changed, tickets already purchased may remain valid should you wish to attend the revised Event.
Yes, a full show spectator ticket is needed. The tickets aren’t split into sections, it’s for the whole day of the show
We always advise that tickets are purchased in advance. We can not guarantee that tickets will be available at the door.
